AngkutKak is a new business from the owner of iPhone Victory: buying used iPhones from consumers. Buy prices and condition deductions lived in spreadsheets, there was no system for pickups, purchasing or stock, and no website.
Sellers check their price on angkutkak.com and send the result to WhatsApp. The team runs pricing, courier schedules, orders and stock from one dashboard. Six modules shipped in about six weeks.
We built from the flow the owner wrote down, with one price source shared by the dashboard, the website and the per-model price pages.
The price on the website, in chat and at inspection has to be the same.
Pickups, couriers, purchasing and stock had to work from the first order.
People selling an iPhone search Google for their model price before they chat.
186 base prices and 35 deduction rules are managed in the dashboard. The website reads the same data.
Sellers pick a model and condition, get a price right away, and send all the details to WhatsApp in one message.
Pickups can be moved on the schedule board, prices are recalculated when the unit is inspected, and bought units go straight into stock.
AngkutKak (angkutkak.com) buys used iPhones across Jabodetabek: picked up and paid on the spot, dropped off at the shop in Tangerang, or shipped. It has the same owner as iPhone Victory.
We built one module at a time: users and inventory, then pricing, courier scheduling and orders. The first website went live in early August. The second version added the price estimator and 29 per-model price pages.
What we built:
Numbers come from the live system. Sales results are not shown yet because the channel is still new.
Book the automation audit and we will map the best workflow to fix first.
